Chicken Meatballs

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 2/3 C. Shredded mozz
  • 1 tsp. Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c breadcrumb
  • 2 tsp. Harissa paste
  • 1/2 oz. Ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
 

Directions

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Scoop out with a 1 oz black handled scoop and form into balls. Place on a sheet pan with parchment paper and roast in a 475 degree oven for dinner 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked.
