Caramel Corn

 

Ingredients

  • 6 Quarts Kettle Corn Popped
  • 2 C Brown Sugar
  • 1 C Butter, Cubed
  • 1/2 C Corn Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
 

Directions

  1. Oven to 250
  2. Place sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt into a pot and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda.
  3. Pour mixture over popcorn and mix until well incorporated and mixed. 
  4. Pour onto parchment covered sheet tray and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
