
Caramel Corn
Ingredients
- 6 Quarts Kettle Corn Popped
- 2 C Brown Sugar
- 1 C Butter, Cubed
- 1/2 C Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
Directions
- Oven to 250
- Place sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt into a pot and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour mixture over popcorn and mix until well incorporated and mixed.
- Pour onto parchment covered sheet tray and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
